PREPARATION OF KITCHEN FOR CLEANING :
- Initially we will remove all filters and drain cups from the hoods and taken to the wash area.

- Isolate the power socket/ fire sprinkler system with the support of technical team.
- We make sure to cover all the gas burners with foil wrap so as to ensure that water does not get into the burners.
- Do clear all food stuff before the cleaning team starts execution of work.
- Cover all the Electrical points with plastic cover and fix it with cello tape.
- Spray alkaline chemical and leave it to soak for a while and then we will scrap the whole oil carbonaceous stuff to get rid off the hoods.
- Insert the hi pressure jet into the ducts to remove oil clogging into the duct with the chemical being sprayed twice or thrice and finally rinsed with water.
- Wipe off the hoods where water droplets are present and then finally fix the filters on the hoods./li>
- We also fix up date coded stickers and this implies the date of cleaning and the due date to be done.
- To substantiate the cleaning we will do bench marking with Pre cleaning & Post- Cleaning and the same will be enclosed with report.
- The entire kitchen will then be cleaned and organized to make sure that it looks as good as or better than when the service workers arrived./li>
